NFR Results Round 8: Lockhart places third in the barrel racing
LAS VEGAS, NV – We’re in the final stretch of the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
The 8th round was held Thursday at the Thomas & Mack Center.
Barrel Racing
Lisa Lockhart from Oelrichs, SD placed third in the 8th round with a time of 13.49 seconds.
She won $17,255.
Overall, Lockhart has won over $104,000 so far this week and is sitting third in the average.
Meanwhile, Jessica Routier from Buffalo, SD tied for sixth on Thursday and won $2,332.
Team Roping
Levi Lord from Sturgis and Jr. Dees from Aurora, SD continue to have success in the team roping.
The pair tied for third on Thursday in the 8th round.
They posted a time of 3.9 seconds and each took home $14,690.
