9:00 P.M. Update

8:57 P.M. With 100% reporting Votes Yes – 9287 56.29% and Vote No – 7211 43.71%

8:50 P.M. Update with more votes coming in 85% reporting Vote Yes – 8044 57.02% Vote No – 6064 42.98%

8:42 P.M.- Now with 62.5% reporting we have Vote Yes – 5333 54.78% and Vote No – 4402 45.22%

8:33 P.M. – Now with 50% reporting we have Vote Yes – 2930 50.82% and Vote No – 2835 49.18%

8:22 P.M. – Numbers have begun coming in with 37.5% reporting. Yes- 2545 and No- 2380
