ND adds 31 COVID-19 cases, no deaths Sunday

BISMARCK, N.D. — The North Dakota Department of Health confirmed 31 new positive COVID-19 cases on Sunday, for a daily positivity rate of 2.92%.

Active cases remain unchanged from Saturday at 605.

82 additional people have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 97,759 so far in the pandemic.

21 people are currently hospitalized, with three of those patients requiring intensive care. Hospitalizations have continued a relatively steady fall since peaking back in mid-November.

No deaths were added on Sunday, leaving the states death toll at 1,445 since the pandemic began.
