Moreno pleads not guilty to child porn charges
RAPID CITY, S.D. — Javier Clark Moreno, former Captain at Salvation Army of the Black Hills, has pleaded not guilty to Receipt of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography.
If convicted, Moreno could face up to 15 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
He was arrested May 13 after law enforcement executed a search warrant at a camp at 23095 Thunderhead Falls Road.
