More guns stolen from unlocked cars in Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Police are investigating more and more cases of guns being stolen from unlocked cars. Since Monday, police have responded to at least four separate incidents.

Police are seeing this happen more frequently, and they urge the public to not leave firearms in their unattended vehicles.

The latest reports came from the 4000 block of West St. Louis Street, the 100 block of East St. Andrew Street, the 1100 block of St. James Street, and the 500 block of East Madison Street.
