Mitchell grabs early lead at State ‘A’ Boys Tennis Tournament
RAPID CITY, S.D. – The boys high school tennis season wraps up this week with the state tournaments.
In fact, the Class ‘A’ tournament kicked off Monday in Rapid City.
Rapid City Christian, Mitchell and Yankton are expected to battle it out for a state title.
After the first day of competition, Mitchell leads the team standings with 300 points.
Rapid City Christian and Yankton are tied for second with 287.5 points.
The State ‘A’ Boys Tennis Tournament wraps up on Tuesday with the singles finals at 10:15 a.m. and the doubles championship matches at 1:30 p.m.
