Missing teen Lucas Winters found safe

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rapid City Police Department confirmed today that the missing teen Lucas Winters has been found safe.

Tuesday, March 22 – 9:22 AM – Rapid City Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing teen.

13-year-old Lucas Winters was reported missing on Monday, March 21. He was last seen in the 100 block of Waterloo Street, wearing a black Champion sweater, black sweatpants, and black Nike shoes.

Police say numerous locations have been checked since Lucas was reported missing.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Rapid City Police immediately at (605) 394-4131.
