LOCAL COLLEGE BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Lady Hardrockers fall to #6 West Texas A&M

The Black Hills State men's basketball team remains undefeated on the season

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Mines women’s basketball team had its hands full on Saturday night against No. 6 West Texas A&M.

Despite a great effort, the Hardrockers lost to the Lady Buffs, 75-67 during the second day of the Conference Challenge.

Piper Bauer led the Lady Hardrockers with 16 points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Naomi Hidalgo added 10 points followed by Lauren Herman with nine points.

SD Mines falls to 0-2 on the season.

The Hardrockers return to action on Friday, Nov. 18 at the University of Sioux Falls.
