Lehmann, Evans elected Council leaders for 2021-2022 term

Both Lehmann and Evans are beginning the third year of their three-year terms.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — At Tuesday night’s Council meeting, Ward 4 representative Lance Lehmann was elected Council President and Ward 2 representative Bill Evans was elected Council Vice President.

Both Lehmann and Evans are beginning their third year of their three-year terms.

Each position is a one-year term, with the responsibility of overseeing Committee operations, serving as City leaders, and making appearances at community functions and events.
