Kyle man sentenced to 20 years for second-degree murder

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A Kyle man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for second-degree murder.

Marlin Iron Crow, 46, was sentenced on Thursday for killing Craig Charging Crow in November of 2016 at Porcupine.

Prosecutors say Iron Crow began punching and kicking the victim in the head during an argument.

Autopsy results showed that Charging Bull passed away from hemorrhaging of the brain.

Iron Crow was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
