Keystone town board discusses precautionary measures

KEYSTONE, S.D. — The Keystone town board met Monday night to discuss precautionary measures.

Board President Rick Brandfas says it looks like Gov. Noem’s executive order will be Keystone’s starting point.

Brandfas said “And some of the things she has addressed in that are some of the things that we’re talking about specifically. As far as perhaps having curbside service, and that’s kind of where we’re at right now and what we’re probably going to start with.”
