Javier Clark Moreno arrested on child porn charges

RAPID CITY, S.D. — 40-year-old Javier Clark Moreno has been arrested on one count of Possessing, Manufacturing, or Distributing Child Pornography after law enforcement executed a search warrant at a camp at 23095 Thunderhead Falls Road.

An investigation revealed child pornography linked to an account tied to Moreno.

Moreno is a Captain with the Salvation Army of the Black Hills. NewsCenter1 has reached out to the Salvation Army for comment but has not received a response.

Additional charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing and no further details are available at this time.
