Huron police officer shot at — 2 arrests made, authorities searching for 2 more

HURON, S.D. — An occupant of a white sports utility vehicle fired a handgun at and struck a Huron Police Department patrol car on Dec. 20, 2019.

A juvenile male driver and an adult passenger have been taken into custody — there are still two occupants being sought by authorities.

Pan Toe Gaw, age 17.

Is being charged as an adult for first degree attempted murder on a law enforcement officer and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer with a firearm — there is a warrant for his arrest on these charges.

Keh Wah, age 27.

Has an arrest warrant for accessory to aggravate assault on a law enforcement officer with a firearm.

Both men should be considered armed and dangerous.
