Hot Springs PD searching for missing man; considered armed and dangerous

(UPDATE: 12/15/20 @ 10:40 P.M.): Hot Springs Chief of Police Mike Close has confirmed that shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, they received a call from a clerk at the Corner Pantry in Hot Springs. Lien reportedly attempted to steal alcohol from the gas station, and when he was confronted by the clerk, he brandished a firearm. Lien is reportedly wearing dark jeans and a Carhartt brand jacket. Hot Springs PD chased Lien for more than a mile through the hills and river before losing sight of him. Chief Close said there may be a possibility that Lien was picked up in a vehicle. Hot Springs PD has followed up on leads regarding his whereabouts, including his last known address. The Corner Pantry Clerk has been shaken up from the traumatic event.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
