High School Football Semifinals: Wall falls to Warner in Class 9A

WALL, S.D. – It was semifinal night across the state in high school football.

In Class 9A, the Wall Eagles were hoping to punch a ticket to the Dakota Dome in Vermillion for the first time since 2011.

Unfortunately, the Warner Monarchs had other plans.

Warner jumped out to a 13 point lead at halftime and went on to beat the Eagles, 26-0.

Warner will now face Canistota Freeman in the Class 9A championship game on Thursday, Nov. 12.

The Wall Eagles finish the season with a record of 9-1.
