GALLERY: President Trump’s arrival at Ellsworth Air Force Base

RAPID CITY, S.D. – President Donald Trump arrived at Ellsworth Air Force Base Friday evening before making the trek to Mount Rushmore for a Fourth of July firework show.

Governor Kristi Noem, Senator John Thune, 28th Bomb Wing Commander Col. David Doss, and Vice Commander Col. Daniel Hoadley met the President and First Lady Melania Trump as they deplaned Air Force One.

The Governor and Senator Thune also flew in Marine One to Mt. Rushmore for the event.
