From a petting zoo to tattoos, the Stock Show has a wide variety of vendors

The 2023 Stock Show and Rodeo features many different kinds of vendors, some local and some from out of state. Just a few of the vendors are Noah’s Way Exotic Petting Zoo, 183 Ink and Sacred Heart Saddlery & Dakota Wild Rags.

Take a look at some of the vendors at the Stock Show!

Stock Show Vendors 1Noah’s Way Exotic Petting Zoo

One of the most popular places in the Stock Show is Noah’s Way Exotic Petting Zoo, featuring a nice variety of exotic animals like:

  • Alpacas
  • Camels
  • Cows
  • Goats
  • Kangaroos
  • Llamas
  • Sheep
  • Wallabies
  • Water Buffalo
  • Zebras

Noah’s Way Exotic Petting Zoo can be found in the show arena area sitting right against the wall right as you come in from the trade show. You can’t miss them.

The petting zoo is free to enter, but they offer food to buy so you can feed the animals. Brushes are also available so you can brush the animals.

Stock Show Vendors 25183 Ink

183 Ink specializes in tattoos, and it’s run by Lisa Nicholas, Kayla Schwager and Casey Shippy in Winner, South Dakota.

“We’re more of your Western, conservative type tattoo shop, and we figured we’d fit right in here at Stock Show,” said Lisa.

This is the first time the ladies have been set up at the Stock Show, as well as being the first tattoo shop at the Stock Show.

In addition to tattooing Stock Show attendees, they’re going to tattoo some of the ladies who work for the Stock Show.

“So they get tattooed and they’re really excited, so they’re going to be our first happy customers.”

Stock Show Vendors 34Sacred Heart Saddlery & Dakota Wild Rags

The Stock Show has many local vendors like Tim Shatraw and his daughter, Clara, from Rapid City, who own and operate Sacred Heart Saddlery & Dakota Wild Rags.

Tim and Clara work at home and they sell handmade knives, leather work and silk scarves. All of the scarves are made by Clara herself.

The two have been coming to the Stock Show and selling their products for a long time.
