Football Roundup: RC Central comes up short against Harrisburg
RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Central football team came on strong at the end of last year, winning three out of its final four games of the regular season.
With the return of nine starters on offense, including a potential thousand yard rusher in Jeremy Weidmann, the Cobblers have high hopes for this season.
Unfortunately, Central fell short in their season opener on Friday night falling to the Harrisburg Tigers, 26-20.
The Cobblers will look to bounce back as they host Aberdeen Central on Friday, Sept. 6 during the Rushmore Bowl.
