Water has already begun flowing over the banks of ditches and the creek is very fast and wide. Many private drives and roads are flooded to the point of being too dangerous to cross.

Walla says anyone near the area of Mountain Park Road and Rockwood Road should take action and evacuate, or make a plan.

Additionally Lower Spring Creek Road by Hart Ranch will soon be closing. The photos below show Mulligan Mile headed into the housing development. Officials are asking people to avoid the area.
