Flags lowered to commemorate September 11

RAPID CITY, S.D. — 19 years, and how can you not remember where you were when we saw the video for the first plane hitting the World Trade Center?

In Rapid City and across South Dakota, flags are flying at half-staff in honor of all those who died, who survived, and who responded when terrorists attacked the United States on September 11, 2001.

Governor Kristi Noem ordered flags in the state to be lowered to commemorate that horrific day.
