FBI identifies Pine Ridge homicide victim

PINE RIDGE, S.D. — Federal officials have released the identification of the man killed early Friday morning in Pine Ridge — but have released few other details.

Casey L. Weston, 30, from Pine Ridge was killed in a residence in Pine Ridge, according to FBI Spokesman Kevin Smith. Further details have not been released citing the “investigation continues.”

Late Friday, tribal police and federal officials said they were looking for four men wanted in connection to the homicide:

  • Benjamin Lyndon Bacon-Wilson, 19, of Pine Ridge
  • Stan Lee Garnier, Jr., 24, of Porcupine
  • Alvin Gene Lebeau, 34, of Porcupine
  • Michael Jonathan Lebeau, Sr., 35, of Porcupine

As of Monday afternoon, Bacon-Wilson and Lebeau were listed as inmates in Pine Ridge. Bacon-Wilson is listed as an inmate booked on Jan. 4 and Lebeau is said to have been booked Oct. 14. It is unclear of what the two are charged with.
