The Commons and Event Room
The Commons is the windowed room right up front with great lighting. The larger event room features concerts and holds up to 300 people. They can also do weddings, graduations and any event that people want to get together and celebrate with beer.
Hay Camp got it’s name from a book from Jim Strain called “Hay Camp of the Black Hills” that’s about the early developmental era of Rapid City.
The first thing people may notice when they walk in is the large space with all the woodwork. Some of the woodwork is repurposed lots of wood from the Homestake Mine and other areas around the Black Hills.
