UPDATE: Duhamel #2 fire North of Wall estimated at 2,500 acres
Hot, dry conditions and difficult terrain is making firefighting efforts difficult for the Duhamel #2 fire, which is now estimated at 50% containment
10:01 PM UPDATE: The fire is now estimated to be around 2500+ acres with 50% containment.
There are several departments that are on the scene, along with state and federal resources. The list is as follows.

WALL, S.D. – The Duhamel #2 Fire is 23 miles north of Wall, South Dakota, being estimated at 1,000 acres by Pennington County Fire.
The call came in at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday, with federal, state and local entities attacking the blaze.
