Custer Restaurant Week is underway!
CUSTER, S.D. – It’s time for the 3rd Annual Custer Restaurant Week.
12 restaurants are participating this year and each one has a special menu, along with their regular menu.
“Every year it’s a challenge coming up with different ideas that we always do. I actually start right afterwards thinking about the menu next year. And if anything pops up within the time from the end of last restaurant week until the next one, if anything pops up that’s when I’ll decide what we’re going to build the menu off of,” said Randy Janis, the Kitchen Manager, Laughing Water.
The whole event will be happening Wednesday, Feb. 26th through Saturday, Feb. 29th. Whether you prefer breakfast, lunch or dinner these restaurants have something new for everyone to try.
“So it’s the perfect day to have breakfast for restaurant Week, go to the trade show, have lunch for restaurant week, hang out in the afternoon. Check out Crazy Horse, go to Custer State Park and then have dinner for restaurant week. So it’s like a whole day of being in Custer,” said Dolcee Davenport, the Executive Director for the Custer Chamber of Commerce.
