Annual Custer County Fair ends out the weekend with a parade and car show

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A parade made its way through Main Street in Hermosa on Sunday. Fire trucks and horses alike made their way down the road throwing candy and waving on to all the people in attendance.

After the parade was the 5th annual Custer County Fair Car Show, which invite anyone wanting to show their car to come on down. From classic cars to brand new 2019’s the car show has room for all types of cars.

The president of the car show Rob Jackson said “We started out with just an idea, we needed something on a Sunday afternoon so we thought we would give it a try. The first year we had an astronomical amount of cars, you know? And it seems like the last couple of years we have kind of fought the weather a little bit as far as that goes.”
