Clouds will start to pick up Wednesday night
The wind and precipitation chances will start to pick up Thursday going into Thursday night. -Meteorologist Erik Dean
On this day in 1961: A tornado touched down west of Sundance on US Highway 14 causing $25,000 in damage.
Wednesday evening, there will be increasing clouds. I’m not ruling out a stray shower or two towards Buffalo, S.D., as well as Lemmon. Overnight Low: 51°F. Wind: NE 5-10 MPH shifting to the SW overnight.
What I’m watching:
I am fast forwarding to Thursday as Futurecast is picking up rain and snow chances, especially towards Ekalaka.
By Thursday at noon, everything sags farther south as that low swings through which will drop the temperature.
By Friday, another one swings through, giving us a much colder start to the weekend. Friday’s highs will be in the upper 40s – low 50s. Then we stay in the 50s & 60s for Saturday and Sunday.
Have a great rest of the night.
