Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe seeking public’s help in locating missing man

EAGLE BUTTE, S.D. — Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe law enforcement is seeking the public’s help in locating Waylon High Bear.

High Bear has been missing since he was discharged from St. Alexis Friday night in Bismarck, North Dakota at about 7:30 p.m.

He has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5’11”, about 220 ponds and a tattoo on his forearm that says “Kelson and CJ”
