Kountry Junkin’ also hosts a couple of other markets throughout the year, but their Christmas Market is one of the bigger ones.

This year was slightly different from previous years.

The owner, Amy Gustafson, is starting a charity called Breaking Bread. A portion of the proceeds from the market will go to the charity that will help provide food for hospice patients and their families.

“A portion of all proceeds from Kountry Junkin‘ are now going to this charity to help feed our hospice patients and their families. I’m hoping to grow it enough that I can also feed our patients who are going through chemotherapy, new moms getting out of the hospital,” said Gustafson.
