Cars For Collars event raises money for shelter dogs
RAPID CITY, SD — Black Hills Harley-Davidson went to the dogs as classic cars, tuners and hot rods all raised money for a good cause as South Dakota Cars For A Cause held their Cars For Collars event.
This year it raised money for Save Them All Rescue Services, a non-kill shelter in Hot Springs.
Car owners and community members were able to show off their pride and joy, accompanied by man’s best friend.
There was also a drift event where tuners of all types took laps around the track in style…
“They’re out there doing drifting and lots of fun things like that, taking donations to help shelter dogs.” said Terry Rymer, general manager of Black Hills Harley-Davidson.
During the car show Black Hills Harley-Davidson also held their open house with food, drinks and live music during the event.
