British dog duo to protect thai endangered pangolins

Meet two crime-fighting canines, Buster and Bess.

The British duo will soon be heading to Thailand to start a new role protecting critically endangered pangolins. The pangolin-saving labradors recently graduated from a training program with the metropolitan police and will fly to Thailand in April.

200,000 pangolins are believed to be trafficked every year. But the new paw enforcement will work to sniff out live pangolins being smuggled through airports, ports and roads, so that they can be rescued and released back into the wild.
