Bowl For Kids’ Sake

The annual bowling event is the largest fundraiser for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Black Hills.

Now is the time to get your teams together, raise money and have fun to help support the programs at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Black Hills.

By raising 100 dollars per person, you receive  2 hours of unlimited bowling, a t-shirt and dinner- as well as sustaining the mentorship programs at the organization.

100 percent of the money stays local to defend the potential in every child in the program. Bowl for Kids’ Sake is the largest fundraising event for the organization.

Savannah Seeger, Development Director at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Black Hills, says, “When we match our ‘littles’ with our ‘bigs’, it means that we care making an investment into the kids. But also our community as a whole, we know that mentoring is a proven delinquency prevention strategy. Mentoring also helps with academic success, more positive self image, their social skills increase – they have a better outlook.”

The bowling dates begin April 26th through May 11th and have different themed nights. They have also added a bowling night in Spearfish.
