Black Hills Harley-Davidson gears up for Sturgis Rally
RAPID CITY, SD — With the Sturgis Rally just around the corner, the staff at Black Hills Harley-Davidson is gearing up.
They’ve been filling their massive tent with bikes and ATV’s, clearing out the showroom and office space and moving it all to the parking lot.
During this metamorphosis Black Hills Harley sextuples their staff to about 500 people.
“We get staffing from other dealerships across the country to come sell motorcycles to come do service work,” says Terry Rymer, Black Hills Harley-Davidson general manager, “People that have experience with Harley-Davidson, and that helps us a lot to help with the people that show up here.”
This year’s layout will look a little different, featuring some new vendors.
