Black Hills Energy donates an additional $223,500 to energy assistance

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Black Hills Energy say’s it’ll donate an additional $223,500 from its foundation to help families experiencing financial hardships.

This is on top of $600,000 in donations made during this year of the pandemic.

Earlier this year, Black Hills Energy announced late payment forgiveness as many in the community dealt with income insecurity amid COVID-19 job losses.
