Big Brothers Big Sisters Rebranding
A new, modern look and brand repositioning.
RAPID CITY, S.D. – Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Black Hills unveiled a new, modern look and brand repositioning Monday with a goal of recruiting more diverse volunteers.
They want to convey the urgent mission of the organization, for the adults in the community to step up to defend the potential of every child. The mission will remain the same, as will the core model of building bridges in communities by connecting one adult with one child and supporting that match at every stage
The organization has always seen the potential in every child, and the new brand emphasizes how everyone in the community, from parents to prospective volunteers to donors, can help defend the potential inherent in our country’s youth and help them achieve their biggest possible futures.
Nicole Burdick, the executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Black Hills, says, “One thing we need to keep in mind is that even though our logo and our brand has changed, what we do hasn’t. We still have the urgent mission to make professional supported matches for kids who want to reach their full potential. And we asked the community to stand with us and be defenders of potential.”
