Sdbic Stand At The Black Hills Stock ShowWith daily discussion panels and new events such as the Beef and Broncs Experience, their goal is to educate the public on the process, from start to finish.

“There’s a story behind the beef industry, and we need to make sure that we really seek out that truth and ask those questions when we have them,” South Dakota Industry Beef Council Executive Director Suzy Geppert said. “And understand that sometimes people don’t know what they don’t know. And so being available and willing to answer those questions as they arise is very important.”
