Basketball Roundup: Black Hills State wins program’s first RMAC Tournament Championship

SPEARFISH, S.D. – After dominating the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference throughout the regular season, Black Hills State put an exclamation point on the season by winning its first ever RMAC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship.

The Yellow Jackets defeated Regis University on Saturday, 69-66.

Joel Scott led BH with 29 points and nine rebounds.

Sindou Cisse added 12 points the PJ Hayes finished with 10 points.

The Yellow Jackets earn an automatic bid to their first ever NCAA DII Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The NCAA Tournament selection show will take place on Sunday at 8:30 p.m.
