Bareback Rider Ty Owens grabs the lead at Rodeo Rapid City: Check out 14 photos and highlights from Friday

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The second PRCA rodeo performance was held on Friday at Rodeo Rapid City.

It was also Tough Enough to Wear Pink night, a joint effort between Monument Health and Sutton Rodeo to help fight cancer.

Ty Owens from Helena, MT grabbed the lead after the second performance in the bareback riding with a score of 82 points.

There were also lead changes in saddle bronc, barrel racing and the bull riding.

Jade Blackwell from Rapid City scored 83.5 points to take the lead in the saddle bronc.

Meanwhile, Bobbi Olson from Sheyenne, ND is the leader in the barrel racing with a time of 13.08 seconds.

Plus, Chance Schott from McLaughlin, SD scored 87.5 points to move to the top of the leaderboard in the bull riding.
