Authorities release name of Hot Springs woman killed in house fire

Mgn 1280x960 50924c00 ZfaliHOT SPRINGS, S.D. — Authorities in Hot Springs have released the name of an 81-year-old Hot Springs woman that died in a house fire on May 25.

According to Fall River County Emergency Manager, Frank Maynard, Judith Bredlau was the person that passed away.

The call came in around 6 p.m. at 1902 Edgewood Terrace, for report of a fire with visible smoke coming from the interior of the house. Maynard says that the investigation has since been turned over to a fire marshal and coroner to determine the cause of the fire as well as the cause of death.
