Train carrying molten sulfur derails near Plymouth, Minnesota
PLYMOUTH, Minn. — A train derailed in Plymouth, Minnesota Sunday afternoon, just before 1 p.m.
Police say about a dozen train cars on a Canadian Pacific train went off the tracks.
No injuries were reported, but there is significant damage to the tracks.
Police say a number of the train cars that derailed were carrying molten sulfur, but there is no indication that any of the cars were leaking.
No evacuations have been made.
