562 new Wyoming COVID-19 cases, 33 deaths reported Tuesday

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Tuesday, the Wyoming Department of Health reported 33 deaths from COVID-19.

10 deaths were logged in Laramie County, seven in Campbell County, three in Fremont County, two each in Converse, Goshen, Natrona, Sweetwater, and Washakie Counties, and one each in Johnson, Park, and Uinta Counties.

562 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed , bringing the total number of cases in the state to 41,116.

1,873 cases are considered active in the state, an increase of 323 from Monday.

An additional 206 people have recovered from the virus. The total number of recoveries is 38,721.

The following counties reported new cases:

  • Weston County – 116 cases
  • Campbell County – 20 cases
  • Johnson County – four cases
  • Sheridan County – four cases
  • Niobrara County – one case
