34 new Wyoming COVID-19 cases, nine deaths reported Tuesday

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Tuesday, the Wyoming Department of Health reported nine deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the states death toll to 671 since the pandemic began.

Four deaths were reported in Natrona County, and one each in Big Horn, Converse, Fremont, Goshen, and Laramie Counties.

34 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 45,780.

406 cases are considered active in the state, a decrease of 59 since Monday.

An additional 84 people have recovered from the virus. The total number of recoveries is now 44,703.

The following counties reported new COVID-19 cases:

  • Sheridan County – three cases
  • Campbell County – two cases
