256 new Wyoming COVID-19 cases, no deaths reported Sunday
CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Sunday, the Wyoming Department of Health reported 256 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 42,173.
1,523 cases are considered active in the state, an increase of 183 from Saturday.
An additional 73 people have recovered from the virus. The total number of recoveries is now 40,128.
The following counties reported new cases:
- Campbell County – 24 cases
- Sheridan County – 20 cases
- Johnson County – four cases
No new deaths were reported Sunday, leaving the state’s death toll at 522 since the pandemic began.
