248 new Wyoming COVID-19 cases, active cases over 1,700
CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Friday, the Wyoming Department of Health reported 248 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state, bringing the total number of cases to 7,337.
An additional 112 people have recovered from the virus. The total number of recoveries is 5,539.
There are currently 1,741 active cases in the state, and that number has increased 136 from Thursday.
The following counties reported new cases:
- Campbell County – 27
- Crook County – five
- Johnson County – four
- Sheridan County – 19
- Weston County – eight
No new deaths were reported on Friday, which leaves the state’s death toll at 57.
