23rd annual Counts of the Cobblestone Car Show promises fun activities and cool cars
You are invited to the 23rd annual Counts of the Cobblestone Car Show Feb. 17, 18 and 19 at The Monument in Rapid City!
Not only will there be close to 200 cars and motorcycles on display, there will be events like:
- Friday Night Sock Hop
- A dance contest
- Miss Rockabella Pin-up Contest
- Car Show Queen crowning
- The Rathco band
- Valve Cover Drag Races
This is also the second year they are including motorcycles in the show.
Free Hot Wheels will be given to the first 500 folks that come in with a kid on Saturday, Feb. 18.
The Valve Cover Drag Races are like the Boy Scouts Pinewood Derby cars, but they’re built out of a valve cover to see how fast they can go down an incline. That event will be starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Sunday will be a walk around leisure day, and then they will move everything out at 3 p.m.
