232 new Wyoming COVID-19 cases, seven deaths

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On Thursday, the Wyoming Department of Health reported seven new coronavirus-related deaths in the state, one each in Albany, Campbell, Crook, Goshen, Laramie, Natrona, and Uinta Counties. The state’s death toll now stands at 68.

The department of health also reported 232 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state, bringing the total number of cases to 8,537.

An additional 127 people have recovered from the virus. The number of recoveries is 6,158.

2,311 cases are considered active. That number is up 98 from Wednesday.

The following counties reported new cases:

  • Campbell County – 24
  • Sheridan County – 14
  • Weston County – eight
  • Johnson County – two
  • Crook County – one
