2-hour late start for RCAS and Douglas School District

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Area Schools (RCAS) and the Douglas School District have announced a 2-hour late start for Monday, March 6. Schools need time to plow the parking lots and clear sidewalks in order to ensure safety of students and staff.
