Police find meth, pot after Rapid City pursuit

Police say they caught a man with marijuana and methamphetamine after a pursuit.

Louis Ironcloud, 27, of Rapid City, was arrested early Saturday morning. The pursuit began when Ironcloud drove out of a parking lot on North Maple Avenue without stopping.

The driver didn't stop for police either - not until he came to a dead end on Brentwood Street. That's when he got out of the car and ran to the west.

Ironcloud was caught after falling in the snow. Police identified him and realized that he had a warrant.
