Girls Basketball Playoffs: Cavaliers, Rangers, Wildcats advance to 2nd round

RAPID CITY, S.D. -

The girls high school basketball playoffs continued on Thursday night with several local teams in action.

St. Thomas More defeated Hot Springs 58-11 in the opening round of the Region 8A Tournament.

In addition, Hill City topped Lead-Deadwood 46-27 and Custer dominated Rapid City Christian 64-24.
