Spiralized, Sweet Potato Fries

These spiralized sweet potato fries are baked for crispness and seasoned to a spiciness of your liking. These fries are gluten-free, vegan, and paleo-friendly.

SPICY SPIRALIZED SWEET POTATO FRIES

Start to finish: 45 minutes

Servings: 2

1 sweet potato

½  tablespoon garlic powder

½  tablespoon onion powder

½ tablespoon cumin

½ tablespoon black pepper

½ tablespoon paprika

Preheat the oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the end off each sweet potato before spiralizing. Snip the long strings with a scissor to desired length.

Place the sweet potato strings in a large bowl, add in spices (desired amounts), and toss to coat the strings.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread out the sweet potato strings. Bake for 20-30 minutes, careful not to burn. Recipe Courtesy
