Jackpot Casino Too robbed at knifepoint

RAPID CITY, S.D. - Police are investigating an armed robbery at Jackpot Casino Too.

Officers responded to the North Lacrosse Street casino around 2 a.m. Thursday. An employee told police that as he was closing up for the night, a man approached him. That man brandished a knife and demanded money.

The employee was not injured, and the robber made away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Based on witness description and surveillance video, police are searching for a Caucasian man, between 30-40 years old. The suspect has brown eyes and a deep voice.

At the time of the crime, the suspect was wearing a black jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black gloves, and white sneakers.
